For the third year running, we’ve taken part in the REPMUS exercises in Troia, Portugal.
It’s been a productive few days, flying from the Armada’s Tornado vessel, meeting some partners, making some new ones, and presenting our A900 UAV helicopter to the Distinguished Visitors.
The fact that NATO and the Marinha Portuguesa organise these exercises every year underlines the importance of combining manned and unmanned systems (MUM-T) whether they are ground vehicles, aircrafts, surface systems or underwater vehicles.
It marks a strong trend towards the integration of these types of systems into the equipment of various armed forces.
Every year, the number of participating countries and manufacturers increases, and technological advances improve rapidly.
At Alpha Unmanned Systems, we are committed to this change, helping governments and armed forces become more efficient and safer.
